CFYA is a newly NDIS registered provider offering a unique opportunity to join our vibrant disability support team as a Full Time disability support worker. What you need to know?
- A qualification in Mental Health, Disability, Aged Care, Community Services, Youth Work is beneficial but not essential
- Industry work experience within the Out of Home Care (OOHC), Disability services, Aged care and youth work is helpful but not essential.
- Experience working with High Risk behaviours is highly valued.
- You will need a first aid certificate, right to work in Australia, current valid driver's license and reliable Motor Vehicle
- Police Record Check
- Blue Card and NDIS Workers Screening Check
- NDIS Worker Orientation Module Certificate
- MUST be COVID vaccinated
CFYA Key Requirements
Responsible for providing professional, person-centred support and services to supported persons with particular reference to the supported person’s risk management profile and individual support needs. Be aware of, and responsive to, the changing needs of supported persons.

**Salary**: $26.00 - $32.00 per hour
**Benefits**:

Schedule:
- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
Supplemental pay types:

- Sydney Western Suburbs NSW: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
