**What is the role?**

This role joins an expanding Intrinsic Aged Care team to deliver a high standard of allied health services to all clients. Whilst you’ll have the autonomy to structure your own day to meet key deliverables, you will also be supported by our experienced management team. Together you will deliver resident-centred, evidence-based care in an environment that promotes continuous quality improvement.

**If this sounds like you, then your day-to-day would look like**:

- Residential Aged Care setting
- Assessment of residents (functional and mobility)
- Managing pain management plans for residents
- Delivery of mobility and re-enablement exercises
- Fall prevention, education, and strength training work

**You will definitely have**:

- Qualified in Exercise Physiology with current ESSA Accreditation
- Experience in Aged Care desirable but not essential
- Valid Australian National Police Check
- Full working rights in Australia
- All mandatory vaccination evidence
