**About the role**

This role joins an expanding Intrinsic Aged Care team based in Caboolture. Our team deliver a high standard of care and tailored services onsite to enhance the wellbeing of residents, with tangible benefits in reduced falls and improved functional outcomes.

Including, but not limited to:

- Assessment of residents (functional and mobility)
- Managing pain management plans for residents
- Delivery of mobility and re-enablement exercises
- Fall prevention, education, and strength training work

**Requirements**:

- Genuine passion for working in Aged Care
- Qualified in Exercise Physiology with current ESSA Accreditation
- Valid Australian National Police Check
- Full working rights in Australia
- All mandatory vaccination evidence
