**Your New Role**

In this one-year fixed term role with a possibility of extension, you will be working within the training team to develop & deliver training for Defence’s new Health Knowledge Management (HKM) System. Leidos are providing to the Australian Defence Force as part of our JP2060 PH4 Project.

As with any training we have the end user in mind, ideally we would have someone with experience within the Health sector. You will be involved in training development, coordination and artefact creation and review. You will have exceptional training development & delivery skills, you will be able to work in a team environment, producing customer based training material.

**Qualifications**:
**About you and what you’ll bring**

You will have a training & development background, be used to the end-to-end processes and have exceptional problem-solving capabilities. You will need to develop training material in support of the HKM System for the customer & provide training delivery as required. In addition to training development requirements, some experience in group training is required, as courses will also be delivered face to face with practicals as part of the course. We will be using contractors to support some of the artefacts and delivery as well.

You will also ideally have:

- Certificate IV Training and Assessment
- Training Development certifications

Coupled with your education and practical experience, you will demonstrate a pro-active approach with the ability to understand the business, identify issues and develop relationships to achieve the company’s objectives.

You will also have:

- More than 5 years’ experience in training delivery.
- Demonstrated experience with Training Development within a large industry type.
- Demonstrated experience working across the training lifecycle.
- Demonstrated ability to plan and execute small group collective training for an IT based system.
