Role Overview:

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Training Developer to contribute to the transformation program. This rare opportunity involves developing and delivering training content for internal teams and external partners, driving resource uplift and adoption of new billing processes.

The successful candidate will collaborate with program and change teams to scope training needs and delivery requirements. They will design and develop high-quality, reusable training materials aligned to business objectives.

Responsibilities include:

  • Crafting engaging face-to-face training sessions for internal staff and BPO partner resources
  • Working closely with SMEs and stakeholders to evaluate readiness and manage resistance
  • Providing regular updates on training progress, milestones, and outcomes

This role requires a strong ability to work in a fast-changing program environment, managing ambiguity, risks, and issues effectively. Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills are also essential.

Requirements

To succeed in this challenging role, you will need:

  • Strong experience in training design, development, and delivery (Oracle CCS or similar billing systems highly regarded)
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills across all levels
  • Resilient, adaptable, and comfortable working in a dynamic setting
