**About the Opportunity**

We are seeking two Receptionists to join our team on permanent part time basis in a job-share type role.

Whilst essentially being a Receptionist position, this role will also manage and complete a range of administrative duties to ensure the effective functioning of the Home.

Responsibilities will include:

- Working at reception
- Liaising with residents, their families and external providers
- Admissions
- Assisting with employee compliance
- Assiting with roster management
- Data Entry & filing
- Assisting the General Manager and the team with ad hoc administrative tasks

**About You**

The successful applicant must demonstrate:

- Demonstrated experience with Customer Service
- Aged care or health care industry experience (preferable)
- Intermediate technological skills with the ability to use various systems including quality management systems and internal database
- Strong organisational skills & ability to effectively manage and prioritise multiple tasks
- Current Flu and COVID Vaccinations mandatory.
