**About you**

Your previous experience has seen you pushing boundaries to find alternative solutions.

You enjoy working on projects and are confident mentoring and coaching on digital technologies to Wastewater and Water Operations teams.

You are interested in all the newest systems and tools in the market that drive operations and maintenance performance improvement. You may have used data analytic tools such as PI-AF previously, if not we will be happy to show you the ropes.

**What you’ll do**

By increasing overall quality and quantity of our outputs, while reducing the inputs to achieve them, we’re coming closer to meeting the community’s increasing expectations of our duty to protect WA’s environment and help mitigate the impacts of climate change.

Working in a team of four experienced analysts, communication and knowledge sharing is important as you work together to roll out operational intelligence systems across multiple business units.

You will share expertise in data management and drive the identification of data quality, data capture and reporting issues.

You will contribute to providing strategic direction and developing long-term improvement plans in relation to data management, digital transformation, and digital solutions to enhance performance.

- Experience using data analysis to implement improvements, evaluate effectiveness and use findings to present recommendations
- Experience in delivering optimal engineering, business and/or financial outcomes
- Ability to engage people at all levels and build strong stakeholder relationships
