**Job Description**:
The Finance Team is a thriving team in Australia’s leading media company. Our priorities are ensuring effective governance and financial control, and delivering insightful partnering support to the business on operational and strategic initiatives to drive our business forward.

The Nine Finance Solutions Team works in partnership with the Technology team to maintain and continuously improve first class finance and expense management systems right across the Nine Group. This includes diverse businesses such as television, broadcast video on demand (9Now), radio, digital & publishing and subscription video on demand (Stan).

We have recently been on a journey to implement D365, successfully merging multiple finance systems. But the really exciting opportunities are still to come as we start to consolidate, challenge what we do, and develop strategies for continuous improvement. This is a rare opportunity to not only gain exposure to a variety of business models across Nine's multi-platform media network, but to drive impactful improvements that will help shape the future of finance at Nine.

Day to day you will:

- Provide 1st level support for Finance and Business users of the Finance systems.
- Triage and route tickets to the appropriate Technology teams for 2nd and 3rd level support.
- Make changes and updates to the Chart of Accounts, Workflows and DoAs.
- Collaborate with Finance and Technology teams to embed and improve processes.
- Capture, track and resolve system maintenance requests and end user issues.
- Drive improvements and support the integration processes for various source systems sending information into the Finance systems
- Collaborate with tech team for system maintenance, improvements and enhancements.
- Support training for business users and maintain documentation.

What we would like:

- Finance Systems/Application Support Analyst experience in a large complex organisation
- Strong proficiency with D365, or a similar large Finance ERP (e.g. SAP, Oracle, JDEdwards, other Dynamics products etc.)
- Experience with expense management systems
- Functional understanding and experience with a reconciliation tool
- Good conceptual understanding of finance processes
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Highly developed analytical and problem solving skills
- Desired but not essential: Understanding of media business’ processes and structure
- Desired but not essential: Concur and TM1 experience
