**Grade 3 Dispensary Pharmacy Technician at Sunshine Hospital Pharmacy available on a permanent full-time basis (Mondays to Fridays from 10:15am to 7pm).**
Sunshine Hospital is seeking an advanced practitioner to join the team as a Grade 3 Dispensary Pharmacy Technician. The successful applicant will help to ensure our patients receive high quality pharmacy dispensary services such as assisting in dispensing prescriptions. They will also asssist in the supervision, education and training of our pharmacy technicians.
Applicants must have a Certificate IV in Health (Hospital Pharmacy Technician). Experience in cytotoxic, sterile compounding is desirable. The successful applicant must have the ability to work as part of a team, well developed communication and interpersonal skills, customer focus, capacity to assign priority to responsibilities, meet time constraints and general computer skills.
**To be Successful in this Role you**:
- Must be able to perform hospital pharmacy technician duties to a high standard,
- Work effectively as part of a team, be customer focussed,
- Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills,
- Have developed information technology skills
- Have a proven ability to prioritise multiple tasks to meet set deadlines.
