**The Role**
Due to continued growth, Trace JV are currently looking to engage an experienced Quality Assurance Officer to join our Quality and Document Control team. This role will see you based in our East Perth office with regular trips to Darwin. This role will be responsible for assisting the Quality Lead in improving documentation and delivering quality service in support of the maintenance contract.

**Your duties will include but are not limited to**
- Assist in planning, preparing and conducting internal operational process audits in accordance with the approved audit schedule
- Complete and issue audit reports
- Raise, investigate, monitor status and verify non-conformances in Ventia’s Event Management System
- Assist the Quality Lead in preparation and conducting subcontractor audits in accordance with the approved audit schedule
- Work with the Subject Matter Experts in the review and updating of company manuals, procedures, guidelines, forms etc
- Assisting in SharePoint management and continuous improvement of systems and record keeping
- Participate in TRACE JV’s continuous improvement program
- Assist the Document Control team to maximise team efficiency
- Actively participate in meetings as required
- Administrative support as required (e.g. prepare meeting agendas & minutes)

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 1 years’ internal audit experience
- Internal Auditor - QMS Certification
- Experience in the Oil & Gas Industry (preferred)
- Ability to pick up new systems quickly
- Strong understanding of Quality Management Systems, document control and record management requirements
- Current Driver’s License
