Join us in an exciting role where you'll be responsible for delivering specialist product demonstrations, training, and support on Komatsu's Smart Construction solutions. From intelligent Machine Control to quarry fleet management systems and site optimisation software, you’ll have the opportunity to showcase and empower customers with the latest advancements. By supporting customers both remotely and on-site, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring their overall satisfaction and success. You'll also have the chance to work closely with the sales team, assisting in selling Smart Construction solutions and gathering valuable customer insights. Additionally, you'll be involved in testing new technologies and projects, ensuring they are market-ready and well-received by customers. As an active participant in field days, trade shows, and market events, you'll have the platform to communicate the advantages of Komatsu and Smart Construction Division products. With a focus on customer support and technology utilization, this role offers a dynamic and fulfilling opportunity to drive innovation and shape the future of the construction industry.

**Roster**:Monday - Friday

**What we are looking for**:

- Proven expertise in integrated machine control, including setup, calibration, operation, and comprehensive training and handover, as well as demonstrated experience in aftermarket positioning, weighing, and other system installations, calibration, operation, and training/handover.
- Customer-centric mindset with a strong desire to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Proactive and self-driven, with the ability to work independently and take initiative
