Are you a forward-thinking Procurement Analyst looking to join a global ASX listed blue chip organisation and take the next step in your career?
As part of the Global Procurement team, your role will be to develop reporting mechanisms and processes that will allow for an improved level of analytics to help determine actions and deliver value whilst avoiding risk. Based at our Macquarie Park office, this role reports to the Director, Procurement APAC.
This is a 12 month fixed term contract role.
The key responsibilities of this role include:
- Support tactical sourcing in APAC to deliver cost, quality and service to business stakeholders
- Lead and manage RFQ’s through the Coupa system to support business requirements across APAC.
- Spend Analysis for APAC identifying high spend categories and focus areas to support regional Procurement Managers to achieve targeted savings.
- Actively search and explore procurement opportunities by researching and evaluating prospective suppliers
- Preparing cost analysis and reports
- Manage the vendor due diligence process in APAC
- Indirect procurement management in a manufacturing or FMCG environment
- Experience undertaking RFQ’s through electronic procurement systems
- Strong communication and negotiation experience
- Good analytical skills
- Strong stakeholder communication and engagement
- Tactical purchasing experience
- Experience in management and use of Procurement systems
- Analytical and reporting experience
- Effective verbal and written communication with stakeholders across multiple countries

Bachelors
Preferred Level of Work Experience
3 - 5 years
