**The role**:
Reporting to the Payroll Manager, we have an opportunity for an enthusiastic Payroll Coordinator to join our Payroll Team on a contract basis. In this role you'll be part of an awesome Payroll team and the broader People + Culture function. This is a great opportunity for an established Payroll Coordinator or even a Payroll Adminstrator looking for the next step in their career.

**In this role you will be responsible for**:

- Onboarding and offboarding Team Members as required
- Responding to pay queries in a timely manner
- Maintenance of data within our payroll systems, Preceda and Humanforce
- Completing T&A analytical checks on a weekly basis
- Processing change paperwork in line with cut off deadlines
- Working with an array of Modern Awards
- Assisting with payroll related projects and process improvement initiatives
- Other adhoc administration and reporting as required by the business

You are passionate about providing quality service to your customers (our Team Members), as well as being proactive and agile in your approach. We'd love if you have:

- Previous experience in high volume Payroll/HR/Admin environment would be an advantage
- A strong and solutions orientated work ethic combined with a dedicated attitude
- Demonstrated ability to take initiative and contribute towards a dynamic team environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills to manage multiple tasks
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Experience with Preceda Payroll and HumanForce Time & Attendance would be highly advantageous
