About the opportunity

Clare Moore Building is a 50 bed Acute Inpatient Unit, based at Werribee Mercy Hospital. We cater for a range of consumers in the inpatient unit. The unit is catered to the age group of 18 - 64 year old. The Senior Social Worker will oversee the Social Work group and also review consumers and help them achieve their goals from transitioning from the inpatient unit to the community.

ABOUT YOU:
- You have a keen interest in supporting clients with mental health issues- You are enthusiastic, highly motivated to learn and passionate about pursuing your career goals- You have good communication skills and work well as part of a team- Approved degree in Social Work and eligible for membership of the Australian Association of Social Workers- Current Victorian Driver’s License- Full Australian Working rights (minimum 64 hours per fortnight)
