**About us**:

We are seeking a dedicated Retail Manager/Shift Supervisor to lead our team and oversee store operations to drive success and growth.

**Salary Range**:$75,000 to $85,000 per annum

**Role**:Full time

**Location**:Greenslopes QLD 4120

**Main Duties**:

- Plan and oversee the daily operations of the store to ensure smooth, efficient, and profitable performance.
- Establish product selection and define service expectations to meet local community and seasonal requirements.
- Manage inventory, purchasing, stock control, and minimize wastage.
- Monitor financial performance, including sales, budgets, and expenses, and implement improvement strategies.
- Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth.
- Manage the implementation of new products & promotions in accordance with brand standards.
- Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate staff, fostering a positive and productive team environment.
- Ensure high standards of customer service, address customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, local stakeholders, and the community.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure operational excellence and adherence to company policies and corporate guidelines.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and legal requirements within the store.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Minimum master’s degree in business/hospitality or related field.
- At least 3 years of professional experience in a busy environment and possess knowledge of retail industry
- Strong understanding of retail operations, customer service excellence, and inventory management.
- Financial acumen, including budgeting, sales analysis, and cost control.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and time management abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
- Knowledge of Australian retail standards, health, and safety regulations is an advantage.
