**The Role**
The Production Manager provides executive leadership across the workforce and directly supports other unit team leaders to achieve a seamless production process. Key processes include sourcing flight-critical aeronautical information through product compilation, publication of essential military aviation products, and executing a nation-wide distribution of products to customers. The Production Manager will lead within a dynamic environment with time pressures to meet International Civil Aviation Organisation distribution cycles and respond to short notice ADF contingencies. In addition, the Production Manager is responsible for representing AIS-AF with high level engagement across the ADF flying community, contractors to Defence, Commonwealth agencies and allied military partner working groups.

To be successful in the role, you will be a highly motivated leader who demonstrates the ability to lead, manage, and develop technically specialised teams, whilst establishing and maintaining strong relationships within a network of internal and external stakeholders. Relevant experience in an aviation or aeronautical information leadership position will be highly regarded.
