**What you’ll be doing**

This is an exciting, newly created position. The objective of the Head of Transformation role is to provide deep insights and leadership on transformation opportunities across the Company. The Transformation team is responsible for leading the Company transformation program, as well as ideation of strategic transformation projects within cost transformation, innovation and large cross functional projects.

This is a high profile role where the person will work with and have exposure to Senior and Executive Leaders throughout the business.

The Head of Transformation will be responsible for:

- The establishment of key transformation projects and performance metrics across the Company
- Working closely with senior leaders and executives to improve and broaden transformation pipeline
- Providing necessary support to divisions and departments on their transformation programs and continued refinement of impactful initiatives.
- Provide strategic and analytical insight to relevant stakeholders on all aspects of strategic initiatives
- Manage internal cross-functional and external consulting teams, to unlock transformational value across all potential areas
- Ensure approval of strategic transformational initiatives at all required levels
- Support development of Transformation governance structure
- Manage the development and presentation of performance reports and benchmarking activities and ensuring robust data quality arrangements

**You’ll be great in this role if you...**
- Have a Bachelors Degree, ideally in the fields of Business, Economics, Commerce or similar
- A MBA will be highly regarded
- Significant background and experience in Consulting, or Senior Leadership roles within analytical divisions
- Trusted and credible advisor to the business, providing insight and contributing to impactful decision making
- Experience with leading business processes, leadership, risk management and implementation of change.
- Exceptional commercial and financial acumen
- A strong, visible, and charismatic leader of people, with the communication and dynamic leadership skills required to motivate and lead a diverse and dispersed group of employees.
- Ability to think strategically and implement initiatives in a way that deliver upon business outcomes
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence key internal and external stakeholder relationships
- Experience with Business Strategy development and financial modelling is also highly advantageous
