In this pivotal role, you'll drive innovation, new product development (NPD), and enterprise transformation across our iconic practitioner brands - Mediherb, Eagle Clinical, Eagle Blue.  Reporting to the Head of Practitioner, and working closely with the CEO, you'll bridge commercial strategy with corporate transformation - ensuring our products, systems, and people are ready for what's next.

What you'll do:

  • Lead innovation and NPD across our full brand portfolio - from idea to impact.
  • Partner with Marketing and R&D to identify market opportunities and bring customer-centric innovations to life.
  • Oversee our Project Management Office (PMO) - setting the standard for project governance, prioritisation, and delivery excellence.
  • Collaborate with the CEO on enterprise-wide transformation projects that modernise systems, processes, and strategy.
  • Champion change management, empowering teams to think differently and deliver bold results.

What you'll bring:

  • 10+ years in innovation, transformation, or strategic project leadership roles.
  • Experience in healthcare, consumer goods, or similar industries.
  • Strong commercial acumen and a proven ability to connect market insight with business growth.
  • Formal project management training or certification (highly regarded).
  • A passion for driving meaningful change - not just managing it.
