**About the Team**

**About the Opportunity**

The Contract Variations Manager reports into the Senior Commercial Manager - Contract Variations and will assist in the management of the Contract Variations Program. The Program encompasses the evaluation and assessment of all contract variations and commercial claims under the various franchisee agreements (eg Train and Tram).

**About You**
- Strong commercial analysis and/or costs estimates/quantity surveying modelling experience.
- Critical Thinking and Problem Solving Skills - Resolves issues through deep understanding or interpretation of existing guidelines. Where guidelines are not available, analyses ideas available and takes action through self, or in consultation with others to resolve problems.
- Business and Commercial Acumen - Understands associated costs of operations and seek efficient ways of operating. Where external vendors are involved, ensure good understanding on engagement terms and hold parties involved accountable in delivering against agreement.
