We specialise in English, Maths, Thinking Skills, and exam preparation (OC, Selective, and NAPLAN). All classes are taught by qualified teachers or individuals actively pursuing a teaching career, using proven strategies to help students thrive in a focused and engaging learning environment.

**Position Overview**

We are seeking enthusiastic and responsible individuals to join our team as Primary Tutors / Teachers. This role involves delivering small group lessons for students from Kindergarten to Year 6, following structured lesson plans and resources provided by ABC College. It is an excellent opportunity for current Education students or recent graduates looking to gain real classroom experience.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Deliver engaging and structured lessons in English and/or Maths to small groups of primary school students
- Follow provided lesson plans and curriculum guidelines
- Assist students in building strong academic foundations and confidence
- Monitor student understanding and adjust instruction as needed
- Provide basic written or verbal feedback on student progress
- Maintain a positive, respectful, and focused learning environment
- Communicate any learning concerns to supervisors

**Requirements**:

- Currently studying a teaching degree (Primary or Early Childhood) OR qualified teacher in Australia.
- Strong proficiency in English and/or Maths (minimum Band 5 HSC level or equivalent)
- Excellent communication skills and a clear, confident teaching style
- Reliable, punctual, and organised
- Attention to detail and a genuine passion for working with children
- Valid Working With Children Check (for paid employment in NSW)

**Preferred**
- Previous experience working with children in a tutoring, teaching, or coaching capacity
- Familiarity with the NSW Syllabus and NAPLAN content
- Ability to manage small groups and keep students engaged
