Barwon Asset Solutions seeks a Project Site Supervisor to join its project delivery team.

You’ll be overseeing projects of a diverse nature, including infrastructure supporting water, sewerage, recycled water and renewable energy networks.

**About you**

The Project Site Supervisor is an experienced leader, who inspires others by setting a high personal standard, who builds trust and credibility through your engaging style.

As a natural problem solver, you are comfortable taking decisive action utilising excellent communication skills and the ability to form strong relationships with stakeholders. Ultimately, you’re highly technical and have a commercial mindset.

As an adept planner with great time management skills, you are able to manage the competing priorities of coordinating existing projects at various stages of completion and allocating resources effectively to deliver them on time.

Safety focused, motivated, you work according to safe operating procedures whilst proactively identifying problems and developing innovative solutions, with a real drive for continuous improvement.

As large component of this field-based role requires vehicle travel within the Barwon Water facilities, a current Victorian driver’s licence will be required. A pre-employment medical, including health, drug and alcohol assessment is required for this position and part of our selection process.

**About the role**

We are looking for a forward-thinking Project Site Supervisor to plan works, lead crews and subcontractors, who can support and bring leadership to deliver projects and provide technical advice.

You’ll supervise works on-site to ensure they are delivered safely, timely, cost effective and to a high quality standard.

BAS Projects are delivered for multiple clients across Victoria, including Barwon Waters minor capital works program, using delivery models involving our own trades people and subcontractors.
