**What will you be doing?**

In the yearlong graduate program, you’ll be shown the ropes through foundation masterclasses, then depending on your skillset you’ll be off doing project work - it could be software development if that’s your jam, or organisational change management or business analysis if that’s what your skills are aligned to.
The company has a global workforce of over 350,000 people who help our clients solve their most complex business and technology challenges. You’ll be on real projects doing real things to contribute, however our program team will be there to support you, so you thrive.

So, pretty ace projects with pretty ace clients Our graduates typically work in roles in the areas of Software Development, DevOps, People Change Management, Business Analysis and Program Management Office.

To be considered, you will need to satisfy the following requirements:

- A completed Bachelor or Master’s degree during the last 2 years - Be able to commence full time work from Mid to late 2024. Great communication skills and an outstanding customer service ethic
- A sense of humour, “Fun” has been a company value for 50 years- And finally, individuals who care about our people, our community, and our planet and who are totally aligned to our values.
