The Highlands Hotel is a family orientated entertainment venue located in Craigieburn.

We are currently seeking an experienced Food & Beverage Manager to join our team.

You will report to and support the Venue Manager in leading the venue’s food and beverage team through effective people management, maximizing revenue whilst maintaining costs and setting exceptional customer standards.

The successful applicant will need to demonstrate the following:

- Have demonstrated experience in a similar role in a high volume customer environment. Must have Hotel experience. Minimum 3 years experience in Hospitality Management
- Ability to work as part of our team ensuring efficient operations across the Venue, whilst providing a fun, friendly atmosphere for our customers. You will also need strong staff management and supervisory skills, providing leadership & motivation to our staff members;
- Experience with Stock ordering & management
- Experience with Food & Beverage specials & promotions
- Delivering operational support to all departments - Lead by example - work on the floor, providing strong support for our staff
- Managing the opening and closing of all Departments within the venue;
- Competency with stock management and stock take procedures, knowledge of H&L Point of Sale system would be advantageous
- Hold a current VCGLR Employee License, RSA, RSG, TAB Accreditation highly regarded
- H&L experience
- Ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, compliance and exceptional presentation of the Venue
- This position requires you to work a 5 shifts over a 7 day rotating roster and will involve day/night shift and you will need to show a full commitment to weekend work as this is our busiest time.
- Be able to think on your feet as you learn and adapt to an ever changing environment.

In return for your hard work we offer a competitive remuneration package between $55-$65k (experience depending).

**Salary**: $55,000.00 - $64,999.00 per year
