We are now seeking applicants to join our Pricing team on a 12 month Fixed Term Contract as a Pricing Coordinator. This opportunity has become available during an exciting time for Allied Moving Services as we look to develop and align our Pricing processes across the region to increase our team’s regional knowledge and cross skill to provide utmost quality in our service delivery.

**About the role**:
Reporting to the Pricing Supervisor APAC, the Pricing Coordinator is responsible for coordinating the E2E process of AUNZ Pricing rates for Household Goods across agent, non agent, and our Corporate clients in an efficient and timely manner.

**Key responsibilities include**:
1. Liaise with In Home Sales teams and agents to ensure timely communication of pricing quotes.
2. To complete and collate International Pricing for all owned and franchises locations
3. Maintain an accurate and up to date files in the AMOS system, ensuring changes and detail updates are captured to ensure accuracy.
4. Maintain and update Destination Rates in the AMOS system to support the overall Pricing function.
5. Produce accurate and information international proposals for External Agents (EXA). Take receipt of EXA activations
6. Assist in preparation and construction of Tender proposals for corporate accounts, agents and partners

Who are we looking for?

1. Demonstrated experience in previous pricing roles in the freight/logistics industry
2. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to maintain strong relationships with a variety of internal and external stakeholders
3. Ability to work as part of a team, as well as managing their workload autonomously.
4. Have the drive to take on new challenges and develop skills to support the wider team and service delivery to customers.
5. Strong attention to detail
6. Articulate written and verbal communication skills
