**About the Role**

We are seeking a Credit Analyst who is analytical, detail-oriented, and eager to grow in the lending and finance industry. You’ll assist with credit assessments, financial analysis, and loan submission preparation — gaining exposure across the full loan lifecycle including bank, non-bank, and private credit structures.

This role is ideal for:

- Recent finance/accounting graduates
- Junior bankers or credit ops staff looking to move into broking

**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist in preparing client files, credit memos and lender submissions
- Conduct loan servicing analysis and interpret financial documents
- Maintain CRM data and follow-up workflow
- Support senior brokers with transaction management and research

**What We’re Looking For**
- Degree in Finance, Commerce, Accounting, or related field
- 6-18 months’ experience in banking, lending ops or finance
- Strong attention to detail and written communication
- Comfortable reviewing tax returns, payslips, and financials
- Desire to build a long-term career in commercial or mortgage finance
- Positive attitude and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: From $63,349.32 per year

Expected hours: 38 per week
