Due to growth and demand of our services, an opportunity has presented for an experienced Sales Administrator / Customer Service professional to join our team of dynamic and highly motivated professionals on a permanent basis.

**Who You Are**:
You will describe yourself as a very friendly, polite, and diplomatic individual with high energy. You thrive in a role that sees you supporting and assist others and have outstanding attention to detail. Having deadlines motivates you and you are genuinely interested in a long-term role.

**Your main duties will include**:

- Liaising with Customers/Clients
- Managing the quote to order process from end to end
- Providing administration support throughout the sales process
- Invoicing customers
- Purchasing product
- Liaising with Printers & embroiderers &
- Checking artwork is to clients specifications.

**To be considered for this great role you will have**:

- At least 2 years previous experience in a Sales Admin / Customer Service based role
- Experience within the promotional apparel industry will be advantageous but not essential
- Intermediate MS Office skills (Word, Outlook, Excel, etc.)
- The ability to work to a high attention to details in a busy environment
- Ability to manage expectations whilst providing outstanding customer service &
- Have excellent language & communication skills.
