About Condamine State School
Condamine State School has a strong tradition of excellence in academic, sporting and cultural activities. The school boasts an exciting and dynamic group of students, staff and parents who work together to achieve the best possible outcomes.
We are an active community with many students and older community members engaging with sports such as; Rugby Union, Rugby League, Tennis, Rodeo, Clay Target Shooting, Athletics and Touch Football to name but a few. Our community members are avid supporters of the school and are always willing to offer assistance; whether this is in the classroom or around the playground.
About the Role
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Cleaning windows, pictures, doorknobs, taps, sinks, drinking fountains, lavatory basins, glassware, doors and cupboards.
Cleaning and sanitising toilet facilities and sick bays.
Cleaning and maintaining equipment.
Cobweb and mildew control, utilising extendable equipment as necessary.
Cleaning of concrete, asphalt and paved surfaces.
Disposal of rubbish and litter control including removal of material from drains and gutters and/or surrounding buildings.
Dusting including student and office furniture, equipment and fans.
Hosing
Removal of graffiti
Sweeping and vacuuming
Other appropriate cleaning duties as directed by the Principal.
Security - locking and unlocking buildings
