Autoleague is currently seeking a full-time Customer Relations Administrator to join our dynamic professional Customer Relations team, located at our Contact Centre in Midland.

Autoleague one of the largest automotive groups in Australia, and is one of WA's largest group of dealerships across Perth's metropolitan area.
Our Customer Relations Department is a small all-star team who work closely together to meet KPIs and exceed customers’ expectations. We offer extensive support and training to ensure success.
**The Role**
Exciting opportunity for passionate, outgoing and energetic **Customer Relations Administrator** to join supportive team environments where professional service & timely efficient processes are the key elements for our very busy departments.
- Ensure Customer details are updated on Service database as part of booking process.
- Promptly follow up telephone, website and/or digital based Customer enquiries
- Ensure prompt resolutions to any customer concerns or queries
- Complete regular and ongoing data maintenance
- Ensure all administration & clerical duties are efficiently carried out.
- Professionally Interact with all internal departments and management team.
- Proactively ensure that all Guest needs & expectations are consistently exceeded.

- Personable, Empathic with exceptional listening & influencing ability.
- Fully computer literate with excellent keyboard skills & accuracy.

- Strong time management, multi-tasking and organisational skills

- Verifiable Inbound / Outbound Customer Service Expertise within a Call Centre environment is Essential
