**What you will do**
- Monitor various sports events and assess the probability of outcomes using statistical models, trend analysis, and expert knowledge.
- Set odds and place bets based on analysis and market trends.
- Manage risk associated with betting markets and adjust positions accordingly.
- Optimising the product offering while ensuring to maximum efficiency.
- Providing support to Customer Service by helping to address customer queries.
- Working closely with our product partners and all relevant stakeholders to ensure effective collaboration.

**Who we’re looking for.**
- A passion for the sports industry and betting markets.
- Possesses a keen interest and with extensive knowledge in analytical and mathematical principles.
- Capable of working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment with a strong focus on attention to detail.
- Possessing computer skills and a high level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Bachelor's degree in mathematics, statistics, or a related field preferred but not essential.
- Must have availability to work on weekends and evenings.
