**About the Role**

Grampians Health Ballarat is offering several HMO positions for the 2025 clinical year. August or November commencement available. Successful applicants will be able to complete rotations from a mix of the following terms: Rehab, Emergency Medicine, GP, General Surgical, ICU, Orthopaedics and Relief.

**Key Responsibilities**

Ensure compliance with all BHS policies, procedures, and infection control standards
. Engage in risk management and quality improvement by identifying, minimizing, and managing risks, support continuous improvement initiatives
. Maintain strict confidentiality regarding Grampians Health Ballarat’s affairs, patient and client information, and staff matters, sharing only when necessary for clinical or legal reasons
. Foster inclusivity by respecting diverse backgrounds and characteristics, enhancing service quality and staff engagement
. Uphold patient-centred care principles in alignment with BHS values in all interactions with patients, carers, and colleagues

**Skills & Experience**

Current registration to practice with the Australian Medical Board Successful completion of an internship yea
