**The Position**

**Ballarat Hospital** is one of Victoria’s premier regional private hospitals providing an extensive range of health care services. With 196 beds, our dedicated team of medical specialists and experienced caregivers deliver compassionate care in a welcoming modern facility.
- A vacancy exists for an experienced and efficient
- **Medical Typists** to provide high quality typing duties for St John of God Ballarat Hospital.
- Positions are offered on a Casual basis.
- A willingness and capacity to embrace the Mission and Values of St John of God Health Care.
- Previous medical typing and Dictaphone experience,
- good communication skills,
- excellent telephone manner,
- excellent Word Processing Skills,
- strong customer focus,
- ability to prioritise,
- flexible approach to work practices,
- time management skills,
- maintain strict patient and Doctor confidentiality
