We are currently looking for a **Marketing Manager** to support our growth.
**Role and Responsibilities**
- Lead, implement and supervise Marketing initiatives within the region.
- Track and optimize our positioning vs competition on all targets (orthodontists, GPs, treatment coordinators, patients).
- Define a bi-annual marketing plan in line with Global Marketing Imperatives set by the International Head of Marketing
- Define and execute the DM regional market strategy to gain a foothold in the specific market/region. Approx. 30% strategy and 70% execution
- Collaborate with the International Head of Marketing to roll out local initiatives, and provide input on behalf of region for brand and global campaigns
- Take responsibility for the regional marketing budget under the supervision and approval of the International Head of Marketing and reporting under each streamline

- Support the Sales team and Customer Success team in the region
- Coordinate with the Communication and Graphic Design team to create engaging copy and content for events, campaigns, sales enablement, branding, and social media
activities

- Organize/manage events such as webinars, scientific congresses, study clubs 1 masterclasses to generate ROI and drive brand awareness
- Take initiative to run local experiments and activities to increase growth and brand awareness
- Evaluate opportunities and nurture relationships for partnerships and advertising
- Grow a community of advocates through industry leaders, social influencers, and medical and technology community
**Essential qualifications**
- 5-10 years demonstrable working experience in marketing
- Experience in setting up and optimizing 360 integrated marketing programs
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
- Up-to-date with the latest legislation, trends, and best practices in comms, marketings etc...
- English is mandatory
**Preferred qualifications**
- B2B Dental experience if possible but not mandatory
- Knowledge over marketing automation tool such as SalesForce Pardot would be a plus
