We are currently looking for leader to join our Cost Management team in Canberra. With this leadership position, you will have the opportunity to work on the largest real estate portfolio in Australia.**We are looking for someone with a great technical skill set but equally strong client management.

In an Associate Director/Director position in our Cost Management team:

- Provide confident leadership and play an instrumental role in the growth of the ACT business unit in line with the business vision.
- Help deliver projects across the country and collaborate with a variety of different clients.
- Mentor our team to help grow their careers.
- Collaborate and develop good relationships with clients and stakeholders internally and externally.
- Responsible for pre and post-contract quantity surveying duties including preparation of cost estimates, procurement and tendering, contract administration, variation, final account, etc.
- Estimating and cost planning to include producing and presenting the final cost plans.
- Interfacing with the client and other consultants, at all project stage.

**Qualifications**
- Recognised degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or similar.
- Sound experience in cost planning in Construction ,Education and Healthcare government projects
- Have a passion for mentoring the future generation to grow their skill set and careers.
- 10+ Years of experience in cost management roles with emphasis on consultancy roles.
- Has managed clients, contractors, and consultants directly in previous roles.
- Preferable RICS and/or AIQS accredited.
- CostX experience.
