Administration and Customer Service in Kogarah (onsite) **A bit about us** Global Education Academy is Australia's first research-based learning centre. It is the fruition of our founder's research into mathematics and Cognitive Load Theory. We are a friendly and busy tuition centre located in Kogarah and Turramurra, and we're looking for a well-presented, enthusiastic school leaver to join our team in a part-time / casual administrative role. **A bit about the role** The role is on casual basis however the roster is consistent. This is an ideal opportunity for someone looking to gain experience in an office environment and develop valuable customer service and administrative skills. **Key Responsibilities**: - Greet parents and students upon arrival - Answer phone calls and take accurate messages - Note down any queries or concerns for follow-up - Support day-to-day admin tasks as needed **Requirements**: - Well-presented and professional - Friendly, confident, and a "people person" - Great communication skills - Proficient in Microsoft Teams, Word, Outlook, Excel and Powerpoint - Reliable and punctual - Able to work well in a team environment **Work Hours (Kogarah)** - **Monday to Thursday**: Approx. 3 hours/day, starting at 3:30 PM - **Saturday**: 8:30 AM - 3:30 PM This is a great stepping stone for someone just out of school who is keen to start working in a supportive and positive environment. **Job Type**: Casual Pay: $24.00 - $30.00 per hour **Benefits**: - Employee discount Ability to commute/relocate: - Kogarah NSW: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required) Application Question(s): - How would you rate your computer skills from 1 to 10 (10 being the highest)? **Experience**: - Microsoft Office: 1 year (preferred) Work Authorisation: - Australia (required) Work Location: In person
