Are you passionate about enhancing customer experiences and driving growth in a values-based organization? BaptistCare is seeking a dynamic and dedicated Customer Engagement Consultant to join our team.

**About the Role**:
As a Customer Engagement Consultant with BaptistCare you will manage, monitor, and improve all facets of the customer experience, supporting the highest standards of service delivery, as well as promoting and identifying ways to deliver a customer-centric model of care. You will represent BaptistCare as the first in-person point of contact with prospective new clients or their nominated representatives, building on any engagements with the customer/family decision-makers

This role offers a unique opportunity to work across various sites in the East Metro and Wheatbelt regions, providing a diverse and enriching work environment. This position requires regular travel with every Monday spent at our Belmont office allowing you to engage with different teams and projects, ensuring a varied and stimulating work experience.

**About You**:
To be considered, you will have:

- Proven experience in a customer engagement or sales roles
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers and their families
- Empathetic and customer-centric approach to service delivery.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel within the designated territory
- East Metro and Wheatbelt
- Valid Driver’s License (Vehicle provided)
