We have an awesome Operations Coach opportunity for a passionate and agile retail leader to join the vibrant and energetic team that makes our Company Store
This store is accessible by invitation only, exclusive to Nike staff, sponsored Athletes and Corporate Partners.
WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?
Leading a team of Athletes, you'll be part of a diverse and inclusive team with opportunities for personal growth and professional development, all in a casual work environment where you can be your authentic self.
Reporting into the Assistant Head Coach, you will:
- Lead the operations function, ensure we achieve payroll compliance and cash management standards, implement HR and Loss Prevention Programs, create rosters, and manage break room communications
- Coach: provide leadership, people development and feedback to elevate the Operations team.
- Drive: assist the team to achieve our targets and KPIs.
- Inspire: care about the team and, most importantly, have fun
WHAT YOU BRING:
- A passion for the Nike brand
- Previous coaching/managerial experience
- Exposure to Store Operations, from a large retail, hospitality, or self-owned business environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Sound computer proficiency
- A natural sense of urgency
