Key Responsibilities:

- Assemble wooden pallets by following blueprints, diagrams, and specifications.
- Inspect and measure materials to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Operate and maintain woodworking machinery and hand tools.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
- Conduct routine checks on completed pallets to ensure structural integrity and compliance with company standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Adhere to safety protocols and company policies at all times.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in pallet assembly or a similar role is preferred but not required.
- Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and blueprints.
- Familiarity with woodworking tools and machinery.
- Strong attention to detail and quality control.
- Ability to lift heavy materials and stand for extended periods.
- Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
- Basic math skills for measuring and cutting materials accurately.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $23.54 - $36.26 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
