We are currently seeking a field Service Technician, based from Heidelberg West, to join our growing team. You will have strong mechanical skills and your role will include servicing, installation and troubleshooting of a range of packaging machinery, primarily pallet wrappers, on our site and on client sites throughout VIC.

**Your Experience**
- Trade qualification - Electrician/Mechanic/Fitter, or other trade qualification looking to branch out into industrial machinery and automation solutions.
- Currently possess a restricted electrical licence (disconnect/reconnect) or able to obtain one
- Experience with mechanical, pneumatic and electrical assembly work would be advantageous
- Strong mechanical skills
- Competency in troubleshooting and repairing the likes of machinery, vehicles, forklifts etc.
- An ability to work under pressure and deliver excellent customer service
- A strong eye for detail and a determination to do it right the first time
- Problem solver, with the ability to communicate effectively and present practical solutions
- Safety focussed, adhering to safe and correct procedures at all times
- A collaborative and supportive team player
- Travel throughout VIC to service clients is essential

**Salary**: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year

**Education**:

- Certificate I - IV (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Service technician: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)
