**Your new role**
Your new role as Cleaning Area Manager will involve managing a team of cleaning staff and ensuring that all cleaning services are delivered to a high standard. This role requires you to have excellent leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively. You will mainly look after commercials site such as shopping center.
**What you'll need to succeed**
What you'll need to succeed in this role is a minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar position. You should have a proven track record of delivering high-quality cleaning services and managing a team of staff. You will need to be an excellent communicator, both verbally and in writing, with strong interpersonal skills. Additionally, you should have a sound knowledge of cleaning procedures, chemicals, and equipment.
- Ensure operational excellence by ensuring all cleaning services are delivered to a high standard
- Promote a positive performance and culture by providing support and guidance to the cleaning team
- Work with HR to ensure we remain an employer of choice by promoting employee engagement and job satisfaction
- Hold, grow and diversify income by identifying opportunities for growth and increasing revenue through the provision of additional services
