Our Local Government client is looking for a dedicated Human Resources Business Partner to join their high performing Talent Acquisition Team. With a strong focus on building an inviting, empowering, and innovative workforce for the future. This role will help shape the future of the organisation, drive strategic initiatives, enhance people practices, and foster a positive work environment.

**ABOUT THE ROLE**

Reporting to the Coordinator
** HR Business Partnering, **this role develops a deep and valuable understanding of the business to provide insight to organisational leaders, facilitating great decisions and successful business outcomes.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Partnering with leaders to create a great workplace.
- Developing workforce strategies to tackle complex HR challenges.
- Implementing policies and programs aligned with our clients' priorities.
- Improving practices and enhancing the customer experience.
- Leading projects to support organisational performance.
- Coaching managers and building strong relationships.
- Ensuring workplace safety and compliance.

**ABOUT YOU**
- Tertiary qualification in HR
- Extensive HR business partner experience.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage competing priorities.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices and legislation.
