Buying Assistant

Our Buying Assistants are an integral part of our business, as they provide the invaluable support to the business to deliver on trend product to our retail partners.

**Responsibilities**

This is a diverse role which will include:

- Raise and maintain product codes and purchase orders.
- Liaising with suppliers. Monitoring of delivery and shipping dates.
- Being the liaison between suppliers and QA for all production samples.
- Maintenance of range documentation and buying plans.
- Liaising with our retail partners to provide the relevant information to ensure all product information is uploaded and added to websites.
- Participate in the development and execution of VM layouts. Preparation for range reviews, strategy and other meetings.
- Weekly reporting and other administrative tasks.

**Skills and Experience**
- A genuine interest in retail with retail experience and a desire to develop a career in Buying and Product Development.
- Strong organisational skills and able to multi task with ease.
- High level of attention to detail.
- MS Office experience including excel.
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
- Comfortable to work autonomously and equally in a team.

**Salary**: From $55,000.00 per year
