Your Role

Your role is to assist the Branch Underwriting team and deliver a high quality client service.

**Your Responsibilities**:
Corresponding with brokers on pricing/coverage

Assisting and handling accounting or policies queries

Working with Underwriters to prepare quotes on new business and renewal submissions in line with Chubb’s risk appetite

Responsible for all policy documentation being issued directly to brokers within the set service level agreement

Collaborate with and support others within the team, relating to workload management, training and coaching, as required

Provide all round excellent customer service to both internal and external stakeholders

**Qualifications**:
Your Skills & Experience

Minimum 2 years Insurance experience would be beneficial (Underwriting experience desirable)

Excellent computer literacy

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills both in verbal and written forms

Superior problem resolution and decision making skills

Proven experience of building and maintaining good working relationships

Experience supporting work allocation and working to tight deadlines/SLA's

A collegial and constructive approach to working with and supporting colleagues within a team environment

Well-developed and refined analytical and organizational skills
