- Ravenhall Correctional Centre, Victoria's largest prison for adult males, is seeking a dynamic **Human Resources Manager** to drive workforce excellence, foster a values-driven culture, and lead a high-performing HR team. - **Your Key Impact Areas**:
- As HR Manager, you will work closely with the General Manager and senior leadership to provide strategic and operational leadership across all HR functions including:
- Workforce planning and organisational development
- Talent acquisition and retention strategies
- Learning and capability building
- Employee relations and industrial strategy
- Performance, culture, and engagement
- Health, safety, and wellbeing
- HR governance, compliance, and reporting

- **Is This You? Your Essential Skills for Success**:
- We are looking for an experienced HR professional with:
- Tertiary qualification in Human Resource Management or a related field
- Minimum 7 years' experience in a human resources, preferably in service or facilities-based environments.
- Proven leadership and supervisory capabilities.
- Strong knowledge of employment legislation and compliance.
- Experience in unionised environments and enterprise agreement negotiations.
- A passion for building inclusive, safe, and high-performing workplaces.
