We are seeking a dynamic and experienced **Practice Manager** to lead the day-to-day operations of our Allied Health clinic. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment and is passionate about supporting a multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional care.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Oversee daily clinic operations, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows
- Manage appointment scheduling systems and practitioner rosters
- Maintain compliance with health regulations, privacy standards, and accreditation requirements
- Lead, support, and develop administrative and clinical support staff
- Coordinate onboarding and performance reviews
- Foster a positive, collaborative workplace culture
- Manage budgets, invoicing and admin rostering.
- Oversee Medicare, NDIS, WorkCover and private health fund billing
- Monitor KPIs and implement strategies to improve clinic performance
- Ensure a high standard of customer service
- Manage client feedback and resolve complaints professionally
- Support marketing initiatives
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- High attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
- Proficiency in practice management software (e.g., Nookal, Power Diary)
- Ability to manage confidential information with discretion

**Qualifications & Experience**
- Previous experience in a healthcare or allied health practice management role
- Certificate or Diploma in Practice Management, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)
- Knowledge of Medicare, NDIS, and private health billing systems
- Current Police Check or willingness to obtain

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $52,535.26 - $65,500.00 per year

Expected hours: 25 - 35 per week
