**Lead Educator** in Early Education

Our
**Auchenflower** centre is open, caters for 75 children and operates from 6:30AM, to 6:0 0PM. The centre features natural play environments, open plan rooms, age-appropriate learning resources and separate playgrounds, and indoor and outdoor areas.

Our centre has on site parking, free street parking and is a 3 minute walk to buses and a 5-10 minute walk to the train station.

**A little about you**:
You’re an experienced Educator who is passionate and dedicated to high-quality care with a collaborative leadership style. Your programming is focused on encouraging our children to be independent learners and help build their resilience and self-awareness. You utilise conversations with the children to develop their inquisitive minds and therefore creating the basis of your program and the children’s learning journey with us.

You also have:

- A Diploma in Early Childhood Education
- A current Working with Children Check
- An understanding of both the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
- Australian Working Rights
- Excellent personal presentation
- Confidence in collaborating with our families and the local community
