We are currently seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a **Registration Clerk & Stock Controller**. The Registration Clerk & Stock Controller will be responsible for maintaining accurate records of stock levels, ensuring efficient registration and processing of items, and performing basic administrative duties to support daily operations. This role requires a highly organised individual with strong attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Registration Clerk Duties**:
- Manage and process vehicle registrations, ensuring all paperwork is completed accurately and on time.
- Liaise with relevant authorities to maintain compliance with registration requirements.
- **Stock Control Duties**:
- Maintain accurate records of inventory and stock levels.
- Assist in stocktaking and ensure the database is up to date.
- Source vehicles and report to the manufacturers in a timely manner.
- **Basic Administrative Duties**:
- Assist with general office duties, including filing, data entry, and documentation management.
- Provide support to other team members and departments as needed.
- Handle basic accounts payable and receivable tasks.
- Assist with invoicing, reconciliations, and maintaining accurate financial records.
- Answer incoming calls, greet visitors, and provide excellent customer service.
- Handle general administrative tasks such as mail distribution, filing, and data entry.
**Qualifications**:
- Previous experience in an administrative role, ideally within the automotive industry
- Previous experience in stock control, registration, or basic administrative roles is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of vehicle registration processes and compliance
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
