Steve’s Liquor is a family-owned national liquor retailer and wholesaler, and our growing warehouse ships stock across the country.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and organised individual to help drive our busy warehouse office in Dandenong South. Using high-level administration experience, warehouse knowledge and multi-tasking skills to support office, finance and warehouse staff in a fast-paced environment.

Previous knowledge of liquor will be highly regarded.

This role is part time across Monday to Thursday starting at either 6 or 8am.

**Your duties will include**:

- Processing orders via portal & SwiftPOS
- Checking of goods outwards and assisting inwards
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders
- Processing picking slips into invoices
- Updating of Order Tracker Sheet
- Debtor account queries
- Follow and monitor OH&S practices in the warehouse

**To be considered for this role, you must have**:

- Inventory control experience working in a similar environment will be highly regarded
- Excellent data entry skills coupled with speed and accuracy
- Integrity, trustworthiness and professionalism
- Effective judgement skills with the ability to prioritise and coordinate multiple tasks and objectives
- Proven history of providing excellent customer service to internal and external customers
- Previous experience working towards KPI’s and targets
- Good communication, language, literacy and numeracy skills

**Software training will be provided, but previous knowledge of the following will be highly regarded**:

- Microsoft Outlook and Excel
- SwiftPOS
- Google Drive & Sheets
- Online portals

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
