Due to our continued success and growth, we are currently seeking a **Team Coordinator **on night shift & afternoon shift in **Multipack.**

**Night Shift - Sunday-Thursday 10:30pm-6:30am & Afternoon Shift - Monday-Friday 2:30pm-10:30pm. $43+ Pay rate plus applicable shift loading.**

**Responsibilities include**:
Coordinate daily operations of your designated area.

Complete relief, rostering, and training of team members.

Review and report on line performance.

Lead team meetings and performance processes.

Data entry and administration.

**Qualifications and skills**:
Previous experience in leading, managing and coordinating a team to achieve goals and objectives.

Ability to plan and coordinate simultaneous work activities.

Knowledge in basic equipment maintenance and advanced monitoring of process controls.

Strong interpersonal skills which foster the trust, co-operation, and support of others.

Demonstrated experience in food manufacturing environment (not essential, but advantageous).
