**Job Type**: Casual

**Summary**:
ISH is seeking an attentive and personable dinner waiter to join our team. This role is essential in providing a memorable dining experience for our guests during dinner service.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Guest Greeting - Welcome guest with a warm smile and escort them to their tables.
- Menu Knowledge - Present the dinner menu and provide detailed information about the dishes, including ingredients and specials.
- Order Management - Take accurate meal and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system promptly.
- Service Delivery - Serve food and drinks to tables, ensuring that each order is presented beautifully and meets guests' expectations.
- Customer Engagement - Check on guests throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction and address any needs or concerns.
- Table Maintenance - Clear and reset tables efficiently, maintaining a clean and organised dining area.
- Billing - Prepare and present checks to guests, handling payments accurately and providing change as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience as a waiter in a high-end venue or hotel is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage service standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
- A positive attitude and a commitment to providing outstanding service.

**Working Conditions**:

- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays as required.

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $31.00 - $36.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Evening shift
- Weekend availability

Supplementary Pay:

- Tips
