Your new company

Join one of Melbourne’s leading independent commercial property agency An award-winning firm that sets the benchmark. This agency is specialise in; commercial property sales and leading, owners corporation management, asset management and development consultancy. They are on the look out for an experienced Receptionist to join them in their agency. Located in CBD precinct, the agency is close to all public transport and a variety of cafes and restaurants.

Your new role

You will join a talented, close-knit friendly team, with strong family workplace culture, and be surrounded by intelligent leaders. You will represent the CVA Property Consultants Pty Ltd in a professional manner and to provide reception and administrative support to the day to day requirements of the business. Your role will be based on the Front Desk and will see you meeting and greeting a diverse client base, managing board and meeting rooms. You will strive to provide a high level of customer service to all stakeholders.

Your duties will include but are not limited to;
- Answering main switchboard
- Offering all clients refreshments and seating in the board rooms
- Photocopying, scanning, and binding of documents
- General tidying of printer workstation areas and filing room
- Provide support to all staff upon request
- Arranging couriers, and mail (incoming & outgoing)
- Ordering all offices supplies
- Tidying / cleaning of meeting rooms after all meetings and reception area
- Assisting in the Canvassing of new listings
- Co-ordinating mail outs with Sales and Leasing administration support
